Which products have a free trial?
The Auction Engine and the Trading Suite each come with a 14-day free trial. No charge during the trial: cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
Why is there no trial for the AI Auction Analyst Add-On?
Every AI request runs on live model costs on our side. We deliberately don't use cheap models, because the quality of the analysis is the whole point. A free trial would mean burning real money per request, so the AI Add-On is billed from day one.
The practical alternative: since the Add-On is a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime, one month ($60) is your maximum commitment to judge it on real usage.
Are AI Add-On payments refundable?
No. For the same reason there's no trial: once AI requests are used, the underlying model costs are already spent. Canceling stops the next renewal, but a started month runs its course and is not refunded. See our Refund Policy.
Can I upgrade to a bundle mid-cycle?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades aren't fully automated yet, so drop us a note at support@flow42.io and we'll take care of it manually. The unused portion of your current subscription is credited toward the bundle, either as a credit or by extending your new billing period. Either way, you never pay for the same period twice.
If you prefer to keep it simple, switching at the start of your next billing cycle works just as well.
